CP200 - Fully Automated Semen Plasma Analyzer

Fully Automated Semen Plasma Analyzer – Rapid, Accurate POCT

Manual biochemistry is time-consuming and prone to variability; delayed results can hold up fertility workups. Our CP200 delivers lab-grade seminal plasma results in minutes with fully automated operation and ready-to-use reagents—no complex equipment or specialized training. Seminal plasma biochemistry is part of the WHO Laboratory Manual (6th Edition) recommended workup for male infertility and andrology.

Key Semen Biochemical Parameters Measured

Fructose - Seminal Vesicle: Reflects prostatic function and plays a critical role in sperm quality and DNA integrity.

Citric Acid - Prostate: A sensitive marker of prostate secretion and overall glandular health.

Zinc - Prostate: Indicates seminal vesicle function and provides essential energy for sperm motility.

Neutral-α-Glucosidase - Epididymis: A gold-standard enzyme marker for evaluating epididymal function, widely used to differentiate obstructive vs. non-obstructive azoospermia.

Elastase: A key inflammatory biomarker for detecting leukocytospermia and infections (see also Leukocyte Staining for peroxidase-based detection).

System Highlights

Fully automated – All reagents in one disposable cartridge with just three simple steps from sample to result, no trained technician required.
